Valentin Gilet (valentin.gilet@univ-angers.fr)
Anne-sophie Mace (anne-sophie.mace@curie.fr)

In this workshop you will learn to how to use machine and deep learning solutions which do not require any coding skills. The software used will be the open-source software ILASTIK and NIS from Nikon which constitute some of the standard tools for machine and deep learning in bio-image analysis. Illustrations of the use of these softwares for image segmentation, object classification and image denoising will be provided live with participants. Images will be provided to the participants, but they will also be able to come with their own images. In addition to the processing of images the workshop will enable to convey the main concepts of supervised learning without any need of coding skills.
