This workshop stands as an open desk rolling for the whole duration of the MiFoBio school to provide information on Deep learning for the total deep learning beginners to the seasoned veterans. The Deep Learning Lab comes in three parts as follows. First, a Bar_A_Cuda service to teach participants how to install the main libraries on their own computer (PC or Mac) to perform deep learning-based image analysis. Secondly, assistance on how to submit a solution to a “deep scopie data challenge,” which would be proposed during the whole week of MiFoBio. And third, a ”Deep Bar à Image” where participants will be proposed deep learning-based solutions adapted to their problems and to the tools available back at their host institution and to their computing skills.
