Whole slide images of tissue section are more and more common and allow tissue organization studies at the cellular level. But these kind of images are still difficult to analyze with the most use open source software It need specific plugins and lead often to complex analysis workflow. It’s now about few years that QuPath have been released and is now one of the most powerful and user friendly open source software for whole slide images analysis including : visualization, classical analysis and AI analysis, all in opensource. We propose with this workshop to familiarize with simple whole slide images analysis from the display to single cell detection and classification in specific region of the tissue
