This flash workshop is the 1rst of 6 different others, presenting 6 different applications of the commercial 3D software Imaris, from visualization, to network description. Multidimensional microscopy images can be complex to visualize and interpret. The objective of this flash tutorial, is to present how microscopy images can be presented and explored using 3D software visualisation tools. We will teach the participants how to import and open images, make 3D renderings using the different visualisation modes and to generate complex movies.
