The round table would be about imaging-based spatial omics. The aim is to discuss several topics: -how to choose which instrument to invest in (compare different commercial setups in an unbiased way, commercial vs home-built) -cost and throughput; is reproducible science at risk here? -best-practices for sample prep, quality-control, data processing, analysis -how to deal with the massive amount of data that comes out, and do we need to store all of it
